Burners IL-G (gas) / IL-GL (gas-light oil)
SibStrong gas burners are manufactured in accordance with international and Russian standards applicable to the production and operation of gas equipment.
All components of the burners of our own production undergo multi-stage quality control.

TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- SibStrong gas burners are manufactured in accordance with international and Russian standards applicable to the production and operation of gas equipment.
- All burner components of our own production undergo multi-stage quality control.
- Operate in two-stage and modulation mode.
- Power control in modulating mode is carried out using an electronic regulator installed on the burner control panel.
- The main fuel is natural gas.
- The formation of a gas-air mixture without premixing occurs in the burner tube.
- Used to work with all types of combustion chambers.
- The possibility of the most complete combustion of gas in modulating burners is achieved by electronic control of the ratio of air and gas.
- Automatic blocking of air access to the furnace when the burner stops working.
- Available with threaded or flanged gas train connection
- Maximum gas pressure in front of the burner up to 300 mbar. or up to 500 mbar.
- The composition of the gas train: control, operating and safety valve, valve tightness control unit, minimum and maximum gas pressure switches, pressure regulator and filter.
- Air flow control by electric servomotor.
- The burner is equipped with a mounting flange and sealing gasket, as well as a gas train

COMPLETE BURNERS STANDARD
Burner body, body cover, burner counter-swivel flange, flange seal, burner motor, fan wheel, gas solenoid valve system, light oil burner fuel assembly and nozzles (for IL-GL), control panel with burner control , burner tube with turbulator, air damper with air regulator servo drive (for single-stage burners without servo drive), gas throttle servo drives, oil fuel regulator servo drive (for IL-GM/GLM), ignition transformer, ignition cables, ignition electrodes, ionization electrode, sensor flame, external pumping station (NSh pump), fuel hoses, pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, gas filter, gas pressure regulator, minimum and maximum gas pressure sensor, safety solenoid valve (for IL-5), shut-off valves of the first and second stages (for IL-7 - IL-10), valve tightness control devices (for IL-7 - IL-10).

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Fuel used for combustion in burners: GOST 5542-2014 "Combustible natural gases for industrial and domestic purposes", GOST 305-2013 "Diesel fuel"
- Power supply voltage, nominal: 220-380 V, 50 Hz
- The amount of emissions of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide does not exceed the standards established by the technical regulations of the Russian Federation and is: NOx≤85 mg/kW h; CO≤50 mg/kWh
- Noise level 60-70 dB
CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
- Aluminum alloy burner body
- A highly efficient fan that ensures reliable operation of the burner, also on boilers with increased pressure in the furnace.
- Air intake with air flow adjustment device.
- One three-phase electric motor drives the fan.
- One electric servomotor with mechanical cam for air/fuel ratio control on stage burners and two electronically controlled servomotors on modulating burners.
- Automatic control and burner control unit.
- The presence of a flame is controlled by a photo sensor or an ionization electrode.
- Air pressure switch.
- Control panel includes: start/stop switches, burner operation and lockout indicators.
- Terminal block for power supply and connection of thermostats for 1st and 2nd stage burner control or connection of a modulating power controller.
- The degree of dust and moisture protection of the burner is IP40.
