Burners IL-SV (mineral oil, synthetic)
The SibStrong ® automatic blast block burner is designed to operate in water-heating and steam boilers of various designs, technological installations.
Burner type provides stable operation on various types of oils, heating oil, it is possible to switch to the operating mode - light oil fuel.
These burners do not have a high-pressure fuel pump in the fuel supply system, the fuel is atomized using compressed air.
The capabilities of the Service Center allow for periodic and seasonal maintenance of burners at a high level and in a short time.
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operate in one and two-stage mode.
- Main type of fuel:
- mineral and synthetic used motor oils, transmission, hydraulic oils, etc.;
- heating oil;
- light oil fuel.
If the used oil is synthetic, then 10% mineral used oil must be added to it.
- Used to work with all types of combustion chambers.
- Pneumatic atomization of fuel at low pressure using compressed air.
- Complete combustion of fuel by controlling the ratio of air and fuel.
- Air flow control for two-stage burners at minimum and maximum operation by electric servomotor. Automatic blocking of air access to the furnace when the burner stops.
- The burner is equipped with a mounting flange and gasket, as well as two flexible fuel hoses, and nozzles.

- Power supply voltage, nominal 220-380V, 50Hz
- The required pressure in the fuel line before the burner is between 0.5 and 2 bar.
- The required air pressure before the burner is between 2 and 6 bar.
CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
- Aluminum alloy burner body
- A highly efficient fan that ensures reliable operation of the burner, also on boilers with increased pressure in the furnace.
- Air intake with air flow adjustment device.
- One three-phase electric motor drives the fan, the second fuel pump.
- Electric actuator with cam mechanism for simultaneous control of air and fuel on two-stage burners.
- High pressure gear pump
- Electric fuel heater, consisting of a fuel level sensor, control, min and safety thermostat.
- Automatic control and burner control unit.
- The presence of a flame is controlled by a photo sensor.
- The control unit includes: start/stop switches, operation indicators, burner and preheater interlocks.
- The required pressure in the fuel line before the burner is between 0.2 and 2 bar.
- The required air pressure before the burner is between 2 and 6 bar.
